An established and reputable building and sustainability consultancy is looking to hire a licensed BREEAM Assessor with at least 2 years of experience behind them. The ideal candidate will become an essential part of the team, supporting developers in overcoming current construction obstacles and achieving sustainability goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, architects and stakeholders in order to help them achieve their sustainability goals
- Conduct and lead BREEAM assessments from conception to post-construction
- Review evidence and submissions for BREEAM certification
- Staying informed on the latest sustainability and BREEAM legislation
What weβre looking for:
- A licensed BREEAM Assessor
- Have at least two years of experience conducting BREEAM assessments
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Knowledge of HQM, Fitwel and BREEAM Communities is beneficial
- A degree or relevant qualifications in a related field
- A full UK driving license
