Sustainability Consultant- BREEAMMilton Keynes
My Client, a market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in Milton Keynes is searching for a Sustainability Consultant to join their friendly team. You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.
As a Sustainability Consultant you will be expected to complete;
BREEAM Assessments for RIBA stages 1-4 (pre-planning to construction phases).
Ensure documentation is BRE Complaint.
Manage numerous BREEAM Assessments at various stages throughout RIBA Stages 1-4 from pre-planning to construction phase.
You may also have the chance to complete;
Whole Life Carbon Assessments.
Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick LCA.
Sustainability Statements.
Energy Modelling.
You can also progress to mentor and manage staff.
As a Sustainability Consultant you are expected to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy and ideally be based close to Milton Keynes as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.
You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy, Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM New Construction qualified.
You will also have experience completing BREEAM Assessments, Whole Life Carbon Assessments and sustainability statements.
Candidates are also required to have a passion for delivering sustainable solutions for eco-friendly buildings from pre-planning stage to construction phase and be confident to advise clients on environmental impacts and energy efficiency.
It is also beneficial for applicants to have a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIBSE or similar) and have an interest in Energy Modelling.
