With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist looking to join a growing and collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities – Architectural Technologist- Produce detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and external Consultants to develop coordinated technical solutions
- Support the delivery of projects across Residential and Commercial sectors, from planning through to construction
- Carry out site visits, surveys, and inspections, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and design intent
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical and construction-related queries
- Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, coordination, and buildability
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience producing technical drawings and construction information
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Residential project experience is highly desirable
- Competitive salary up to £42,500 (dependent on experience)
