Renowned for its expertise in supported living, healthcare, and care accommodation design, the firm delivers innovative and people‑centred solutions that balance creativity with commercial awareness — resulting in sustainable, meaningful, and high-quality spaces.
As a Senior Architect, you will take a leading role in managing projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining close client relationships to uphold design excellence and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of supported living, healthcare, and care accommodation projects across the UK.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of design quality and attention to detail.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and technologists, supporting their professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to planning policies, building regulations, and relevant sector‑specific standards.
- ARB‑registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post‑qualification experience.
- Proven experience working within the supported living, healthcare, or care accommodation sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and inclusive design principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous.
