Aztrum is pleased to announce a new partnership with a multi-award-winning architectural practice based in Cornwall. With a strong reputation for sustainable design and Passivhaus expertise, the practice is seeking to appoint a Senior Architect to support its continued growth and delivery of low-energy residential projects across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Passivhaus residential projects across all RIBA stages
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder coordination
- Mentor junior team members
- Oversee technical design and regulatory compliance
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Requirements
- Certified Passivhaus Designer with PHPP experience
- Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Skilled in whole-life carbon assessments (e.g. PHribbon, WLCA)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- Minimum 5 years post-Part III UK experience
