Aztrum is delighted to be supporting a well-established and progressive architectural and planning consultancy in their search for a Senior Architect to join their specialist team based in Chichester.
As a Senior Architect, you will take a leading role in managing projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining close client relationships to uphold design excellence and delivery standards across the Education sector.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:- Lead the design and delivery of supported living, healthcare, and care accommodation projects across the UK.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of design quality and attention to detail.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and technologists, supporting their professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to planning policies, building regulations, and relevant sector-specific standards.
- ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience working within the supported living, healthcare, or care accommodation sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and inclusive design principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Revit.
