Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with an exciting architectural practice based in London. With an eye for attention to detail, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to continue the ongoing success and development, starting on a 3 monthly contract with the opportunity to extend.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:
Partner closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring visions to life while ensuring compliance and excellence
Juggle multiple high-profile projects, never compromising on creativity or detail
Inspire, mentor, and guide junior architects, fostering growth and innovation across the practice
Ensure all projects meet planning requirements, building regulations, and specialist industry standardsRequirements for this Senior Architect role:
ARB registered, with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
In-depth knowledge of UK building xiskglj regulations and inclusive design practices
A natural leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
