Senior Architect \\n\\nManchester \\n\\nUp to £50,000\\n\\nAztrum is pleased to be working with an AJ100 practice, that have exciting accelerating growth plans in 2025. My client specialise in a number of different sectors, but are looking for an experienced all rounded Senior Architect with High -End Residential and Education experience. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: \\n\\nLead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements.\\nOversee projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget.\\nWork closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.\\nPresent design concepts, provide updates, and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.\\nAdvanced design tools and software (Revit) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.\\nIncorporate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.Qualifications for this Senior Architect role: \\n\\nExperience within the High End Residential Sector. \\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.\\nLicensed Architect (or working toward licensure).\\nProficiency in Revit.\\nStrong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.If interested, then please send a updated CV to to find out more
