With a team of experienced air quality consultants, emissions specialists, and environmental scientists, the business provides robust technical support to developers, planners, and regulatory bodies. Their work spans sectors including:

The Role
You will take a lead technical and commercial role in a tight-knit, high-growth team. Your duties will include:
- Leading air quality and odour assessments for residential, industrial, infrastructure, and permit-based projects across the UK.
- Managing full project lifecycle: from proposal development through modelling (ADMS/AERMOD), reporting, client engagement to invoicing.
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development, including quotes, tenders, and client proposals.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4–5+ years' experience in UK air quality consultancy or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of UK air quality legislation and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in dispersion modelling tools (e.g., ADMS, AERMOD)
- Excellent project management, client-facing, and technical report writing skills
- Driven and commercially aware—previous involvement in bids or marketing a plus
- Full UK driving licence
