Job Description

Principal Acoustic Consultant\\nLocation: London, UK\\nSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE\\n\\nAbout\\n\\nOur client is a leading Environmental Consultancy who offer a variety of technical and advisory services on an international scale.  As a Principal Acoustic Consultant, you’ll have the chance to work alongside industry experts not only in Acoustics but in EIAs, environmental modelling, marine & biodiversity sectors!  \\n\\nYou’ll be working on local projects across the UK, but may also end up working with teams in the Middle East, Africa & Asia – this will include developments within the energy, transport, industrial, residential, government & commercial sectors.\\n\\nThis role will see the successful candidate working in a varied and dynamic role with exposure to domestic and international consultancy projects!\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nOur client is looking for an established Acoustic Consultant with the following:\\n\\nDemonstrable experience working as an Acoustician for a UK based consultancy.\\nAbility to undertake business development duties & bring work into the business. \\nStrong knowledge of noise regulations & standards alongside practical experience in environmental noise modelling and report writing. \\nIOA Membership.Duties\\n\\nDaily duties will include:\\n\\nAcoustic modelling using CadnaA and SoundPLAN.\\nBusiness development duties.\\nSite visits to undertake environmental noise surveys.\\nTechnical report writing. \\nNoise monitoring.\\nLiaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects!Benefits\\n\\nCompetitive salary and package.\\nFlexible working hours. \\nWorking within an expanding consultancy with plenty of room for career progression. \\nInternational travel opportunities.Interested in this role or any others relating to Acoustics?
