About the Role
As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you will contribute to a variety of projects in architectural acoustics, environmental noise, and building services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out site surveys and measuring noise and vibration.
- Team management & training of Junior Consultants.
- Preparing technical reports and environmental noise assessments.
- Acoustic modelling using software such as CadnaA and ODEON.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and developers to create tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with:
- Demonstrable experience working as an Acoustic Consultant for a UK based Consultancy.
- A degree in acoustics or a related field. Membership in the IOA is a plus.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A practical approach and a genuine interest in acoustic design and environmental noise management.
