SDR Manager – IT Services Provider\\n\\nSheffield\\n\\nUp to £75,000 + OTE\\n\\nOur client, a leading IT Services Provider (MSP) in the UK, is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to spearhead the development of a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up, driving new business growth for a dynamic and innovative company.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAs the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a new SDR team, with the immediate opportunity to hire 3-4 team members. The team will primarily consist of ambitious fresh graduates, and you will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and developing them into top-performing sales professionals.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Build and lead a new SDR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of 3-4 team members.\\n\\n * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities for the MSP.\\n\\n * Coach and mentor a team of graduate-level SDRs, fostering a high-energy, results-driven environment.\\n\\n * Set clear performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.\\n\\n * Collaborate with senior leadership to align the SDR team’s efforts with the company’s growth objectives.\\n\\n * Continuously improve processes, tools, and techniques to maximise lead generation and conversion rates.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nWe are looking for a driven and experienced sales leader with a proven track record in managing SDR or new business sales teams.
