Aztrum are proud to be partnering with a growing and innovative architectural practice based in Cambridge. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and design-focused Architect to support the continued success of the studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of projects, contributing from early concept stages through to delivery within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of architectural projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Develop creative design proposals and present ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Produce and coordinate design and technical drawing packages
- Ensure projects meet UK Building Regulations and design standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycles
- Support project delivery, ensuring programmes and deliverables are met
Key Requirements for this Architect role:
- Qualified Architect (ARB registered or working towards)
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Strong design, presentation, and technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is desirable
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
- Confident communicator with strong organisational abilities
- Experience working across RIBA stages 0–4 (5+ beneficial)
