Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
- Support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Assist with the preparation of drawings, models, and presentations.
- Work closely with Architects, designers, and consultants to ensure effective project coordination.
- Attend site visits and assist with project delivery, ensuring work aligns with timelines and specifications.
- Contribute to client presentations and respond to feedback where required.
- Utilise design software such as Vectorworks and AutoCAD.
- Support the integration of sustainable design principles within projects.
Qualifications & Experience for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience within a UK-based architectural practice.
- Experience working on residential projects is desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Vectorworks is beneficial.
