Location: Remote with monthly visits to the London office and international travel (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and other locations)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 basic | OTE: £70,000+ uncapped

Our client specialises in Microsoft Teams–integrated solutions, helping organisations streamline communication, boost productivity, and connect hybrid workforces worldwide. Their innovative portfolio includes UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions, enabling businesses to modernise and optimise the digital workplace.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a mix of new business development and account expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts
  • Selling unified communications and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and channel partners across the UK
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deliver tailored, value-driven technology solutions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom)
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly within enterprise accounts
  • The ability to work independently while building long-term, consultative client relationships
  • Ideally, a base in or around London, with flexibility to travel when required

The Package

Basic salary: Up to £45,000
OTE: £70,000+ with uncapped commission
Hybrid working: Predominantly remote with regular London meetings
