Project Manager Warwickshire Up to £60,000 Our client, a dynamic and creative organisation operating primarily within the leisure sector, is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their multidisciplinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and lead high-value construction and refit projects on behalf of prestigious clients, working across a range of innovative and varied developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in client-side project management, with a strong grasp of construction practices, leadership capabilities, and a commercial mindset. While professional accreditation such as MCIOB or MRICS is advantageous, it is not essential. More important is a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to unite diverse teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has the tenacity and ambition to see complex projects through from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities for this Project Manager role: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements. Prepare and issue tender documentation, oversee tender evaluations, and manage contractor appointments. Take responsibility for project budgets, working alongside Quantity Surveyors where appropriate. Monitor project expenditures, conduct cost analyses, and implement cost control measures. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
