Aztrum is proud to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based around the Oxford region. As the firm continues to grow, they are eager to expand their team and bring fresh expertise to exciting new projects across the Residential, Heritage, and Educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects across all RIBA stages
  • Develop design concepts and oversee the production of technical drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage planning applications and ensure compliance with UK building regulations
  • Oversee internal teams and junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance
  • Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and monitor project progress
  • Ensure all work meets both client expectations and practice standards

Requirements for this Project Architect role:

  • ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of leading projects independently
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
