Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design and coordination from concept through to completion.
- Undertake detailed design calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Liaise with clients, attending meetings and providing technical guidance.
- Ensure designs comply with current regulations and sustainability standards (Part L, BREEAM, etc.).
- Oversee QA and design reviews within the electrical discipline.
About You:
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards registration.
- Proven experience leading electrical design within a consultancy or multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and software (e.g., Amtech, Dialux, Revit MEP).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
