Principal/ Associate Sustainability Consultant Location: London – Hybrid Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 DOE One of the UK’s leading sustainable consultancy firms is seeking an experienced and passionate Principal/Associate Sustainability Consultant to join their team in London. The firm focuses on offering dynamic and environmentally conscious solutions for the built environment. They are multi-disciplinary, offering services in acoustics, building services, sustainability and many more. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing teams, delivering quality projects and have an excellent understanding of relevant sustainability practices. Key responsibilities: Lead in the delivery of high-scale projects with some of the industry’s top clients Be responsible for the development and support of junior members Deliver environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, HQM) from conception through to completion Conduct modelling and analysis activities i.e. embodied carbon, circular economy, building performance, overheating Deliver workshops with clients and design teams Ensure project teams are meeting expectationsWhat we’re looking for: Knowledge of Building Regulations Part L (Elmhurst, IES) and Net zero carbon strategies Experience conducting thermal comfort and overheating assessments.
