As an employee-owned firm, the business places a strong emphasis on collaboration, long-term thinking and shared success, rather than short-term targets.\\n\\nTheir project portfolio includes:\\n\\nMajor residential and mixed-use developments\\nStrategic land and regeneration schemes\\nCommercial and industrial projects\\nInfrastructure and transport-led developments\\nPlanning-led and EIA-scale assessmentsThe Role\\n\\nAs a Principal / Associate Air Quality Consultant, you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering the air quality service, with responsibilities spanning:\\n\\nTechnical\\n\\nLeading and reviewing air quality assessments for planning and EIA projects\\nManaging complex dispersion modelling and technical outputs\\nActing as a senior technical authority within the teamCommercial\\n\\nSupporting and leading fee proposals and bids\\nManaging project finances and ensuring strong commercial outcomes\\nBuilding trusted, long-term client relationshipsLeadership & Management\\n\\nLine management, mentoring and development of junior and mid-level consultants\\nOverseeing workload planning, quality assurance and technical standards\\nContributing to the strategic growth of the air quality disciplineAbout You\\n\\nStrong consultancy background in air quality\\nProven experience delivering and reviewing complex projects\\nComfortable balancing technical delivery with commercial responsibility\\nExperience managing or mentoring staff (or ready to step into this level)\\nConfident communicator with clients and multidisciplinary teamsWhat’s on Offer\\n\\nSalary up to £60,000, dependent on experience\\nHybrid working from London, Bristol or Manchester (3 days a week)\\nThe benefits of employee ownership, including shared success and long-term stability\\nClear progression pathways to senior leadership / director level\\nHigh-quality, varied project exposure across multiple sectors\\nSupportive, technically strong and people-focused cultureInterested in this role or any others relating to Air Quality Consultancy?
