The Role
- Lead the delivery of complex building physics and energy modelling projects across multiple sectors
- Manage project delivery through all stages, ensuring technical excellence and commercial performance
- Oversee dynamic simulation modelling and building performance analysis using IES VE
- Deliver TM52, TM54, TM59, Part O, Part L, SBEM, and EPC assessments
- Produce decarbonisation strategies and support SALIX funding applications
- Act as a senior technical lead for clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior and senior consultants within the team
- Support wider business growth and strategic decision-making
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience within Building Physics / Sustainability Consultancy
- Advanced capability with IES VE and dynamic simulation modelling
- Strong technical knowledge across overheating, operational energy, compliance, and performance modelling
- Previous management or team leadership experience is essential
- Proven ability to lead complex projects independently
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Degree qualified in Building Services, Sustainability, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
