Are you a Hydraulic Modeller who has Tuflow and Flood Modeller experience? Would you like to join a supportive team of Engineers and Consultants, based across the UK?

Candidates are required to have a strong academic background and experience working for a UK based Consultancy specialising in flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow. It is also beneficial for applicants to reside near a local office and have a keen interest in climate change, flood risk modelling and drainage engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Hydraulic modelling and model build using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.
  • Modelling using Infoworks ICM.
  • Flood risk assessments and drainage strategies.
  • Hydrological assessments.
  • Flood Mitigation and compensation.
  • Flood management action plans and improvement works.
  • Natural flood management and watercourse re-alignment.
  • Flood risk mapping and estimation.
  • Climate change impact assessments.
  • Support new team members and check technical flood risk/complex hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.
  • Frequent liaison with Private Sector Clients and Local Authorities to develop new opportunities and ensure projects are delivered to time and budget.
