Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice located in Oxford, who are looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their growing studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect looking to take the next step in responsibility, working on high-end residential and interiors projects with a strong emphasis on quality, creativity, and thoughtful design. The role offers full exposure across all project stages, from initial sketch design through to completion, within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of residential and interiors projects
  • Contribute creatively across all RIBA Work Stages, from concept through to completion
  • Produce high-quality design and technical information with strong attention to detail
  • Work closely with project leads and clients to help deliver successful project outcomes
  • Take a growing lead on projects, particularly during the technical and construction stages
  • Participate in healthy design debate within a collaborative studio environment
  • Support the development of projects through construction, seeing designs realised on site
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
Key Requirements for this Architect role:
  • ARB-registered Architect with a proven track record on high-quality projects
  • Strong creative design ability with a good eye for detail
  • Experience delivering projects within a BIM workflow
  • Good graphic, technical, and project management skills
