Are you an ambitious Business Development Manager with a background in IT sales, looking for a role where you can take ownership of your success and significantly increase your earning potential? We’re working with an established and growing technology solutions provider that is looking for a driven BDM to join its expanding sales team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to develop new business, build strong client relationships and help organisations identify the right technology solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Generate leads through a combination of prospecting, networking and relationship building
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand customer requirements and identify appropriate IT solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Work closely with internal technical and sales teams to deliver the right solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven B2B sales professional who enjoys winning new business and developing lasting customer relationships. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in IT, technology, telecoms or managed services sales
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong new business development and prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A consultative approach to selling
  • The confidence to engage with decision-makers at all levels
