Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Newcastle, who are looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect with residential project experience to take the next step in responsibility, working on high-quality residential & healthcare projects. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
- Contribute creatively across all RIBA Work Stages, from concept through to completion
- Produce high-quality design and technical information with strong attention to detail
- Work closely with project leads and clients to help deliver successful project outcomes
- Participate in collaborative design discussions and studio environment
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team
Key Requirements for this Architect role:
- ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years’ experience
- Proven residential & healthcare project experience
- Strong creative design ability with a good eye for detail
- Revit and AutoCAD experience
- Good graphic, technical, and project management skills
