A fast-paced and highly rated compliance consultancy, supporting the UK construction industry, is looking to hire an experienced and level 3/4 qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor. The firm offers everything from Design and Planning services, Energy Certification, Part Built and As Built services. Within this role you will be responsible for helping clients meet their goals whilst also fostering sustainable building practices across the UK. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with clients confidently, supporting reports with data and helping meet deadlines effectively. While the company has offices based all across the UK, they are looking for an exceptional candidate to work remotely.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carry out Non-Domestic EPC assessments using iSBEM or DesignBuilder
  • Collecting data from site in order to produce compliant SBEM calculations
  • Communicate with clients, project managers and site teams to produce and deliver reports
  • To conduct and lodge EPCs
  • Maintain CPD and uphold professional standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Accredited NDEA (Level 3 or 4) and currently enrolled in a recognised programme (e.g. Elmhurst, Stroma, Quidos)
  • Experience conducting on-site assessments and producing EPCs
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations, especially Part L
  • Valid UK driving license & willingness to travel
  • Self-starter mentality – no micromanaging, full trust in getting the job done
