Aztrum is pleased to be working alongside a well-established architectural practice based around the Manchester area, known for delivering complex healthcare and large-scale public sector projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Architect with strong Revit proficiency to support the delivery of technically demanding schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Architect with experience in healthcare or complex refurbishment projects, who is comfortable leading coordination, managing stakeholders, and delivering detailed technical packages.

Key responsibilities for the Architect:
  • Lead the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5.
  • Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction packages using Revit.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement including clients, NHS trusts, and contractors.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors.
  • Oversee RFIs, technical queries, and on-site design support.
  • Support BREEAM requirements and sustainability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and healthcare standards.
Key requirements for the Architect:
  • ARB registered Architect.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
  • Proven experience delivering technical stages on complex projects.
  • Experience within healthcare, public sector, or large-scale refurbishment schemes.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes.
  • Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
