Aztrum is delighted to be working with an established, design-focused architectural practice that is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Coordinator to support its growing project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating BIM models, maintaining high-quality project information and supporting the delivery of projects through effective digital workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded BIM professional with strong Revit experience who enjoys working collaboratively with architects, consultants and wider project teams.

Key Responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator role:

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage model federation.
  • Carry out clash detection using Navisworks or similar software.
  • Maintain issue logs and support the resolution of coordination issues.
  • Undertake model audits and quality checks.
  • Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards and requirements.
  • Support Revit family and content management.
  • Assist project teams with model and drawing production where required.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants and BIM teams to ensure effective coordination.

Qualifications and Experience needed for this BIM Coordinator role:

  • Relevant experience within an architectural BIM environment.
  • Strong Revit experience, including modelling and documentation.
  • Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
  • Good understanding of BIM standards, ideally ISO 19650.
  • Experience with Revit families and architectural documentation.
