The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating BIM models, maintaining high-quality project information and supporting the delivery of projects through effective digital workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded BIM professional with strong Revit experience who enjoys working collaboratively with architects, consultants and wider project teams.
Key Responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator role:
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage model federation.
- Carry out clash detection using Navisworks or similar software.
- Maintain issue logs and support the resolution of coordination issues.
- Undertake model audits and quality checks.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards and requirements.
- Support Revit family and content management.
- Assist project teams with model and drawing production where required.
- Liaise with architects, consultants and BIM teams to ensure effective coordination.
Qualifications and Experience needed for this BIM Coordinator role:
- Relevant experience within an architectural BIM environment.
- Strong Revit experience, including modelling and documentation.
- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, ideally ISO 19650.
