Our client is an established Managed Service Provider helping organisations protect their data, minimise downtime, and recover quickly from cyber threats and business disruption. Their portfolio includes Backup & Recovery, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, Disaster Recovery, Microsoft 365 Backup, Data Resilience and Managed IT Services.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their commercial team.
The Opportunity
This is a true account management role where you'll develop long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service while identifying opportunities to introduce additional solutions that add real business value. There is absolutely NO requirement to bring your own accounts, contacts or client book.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of business clients
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular account reviews
- Identify opportunities across Cyber Security, Backup, Cloud and Managed Services
- Work alongside technical consultants and pre-sales specialists
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
- Deliver renewals and account growth
We're looking for
- Previous Account Management experience within an MSP or IT Services business
- Experience selling or managing: Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Microsoft 365, Infrastructure or Networking solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness
- A consultative approach to customer engagement
