Job Running Architect\\nLiverpool – £50,000\\n\\nAztrum is delighted to be supporting a well-established and progressive architectural and planning consultancy in their search for a Job Running Architect to join their specialist team based in Liverpool.\\n\\nAs a Job Running Architect, you will play a key role in delivering projects from technical design through to completion, coordinating consultants, supporting junior team members, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure design quality and delivery standards across the Residential and Commercial sectors. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:\\n\\nLead the technical design development and delivery of projects across the UK.\\n\\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure successful project delivery and regulatory compliance.\\n\\nManage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing detailed design, technical packages, and site stages while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.\\n\\nSupport and mentor junior architects and architectural technologists, encouraging professional development.\\n\\nEnsure compliance with planning conditions, building regulations, conservation requirements, and relevant sector-specific standards.\\n\\nRequirements and Essentials for this Job Running Architect role:\\n\\nARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.\\n\\nProven experience delivering projects through technical design and construction stages.\\n\\nSector experience within conservation, commercial, education, health, or housing projects.\\n\\nStrong proficiency in Revit.\\n\\nComprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing.\\n\\nExcellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.\\n\\nFor more information or to apply, please contact Owen on (phone number removed), or send your CV to
