A well-established architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their growing team, delivering complex healthcare and large-scale public sector projects across the UK. This is a strong opportunity for someone confident in technical delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management across RIBA Stages 3–5.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Lead and support project delivery through RIBA Stages 3–5
- Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction packages using Revit
- Manage client and stakeholder engagement, including NHS trusts and contractors
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and specialist consultants
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, and on-site design resolution
- Support compliance with UK Building Regulations and healthcare standards
- Contribute to BREEAM and sustainability targets
Key Requirements for this role:
- ARB registered Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
- Experience delivering complex healthcare, public sector, or large-scale refurbishment projects
- Strong technical design and construction detailing ability
- Proven coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
- Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
