Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with a developing, innovative architectural practice located in Leicester. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Senior Architectural Technician to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role:- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Support planning applications and building control submissions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- 5+ years experience within architectural practice
- Experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation
- Proven track record on working towards RIBA stages 0-4
