Aztrum is partnering with a Building Surveying consultancy. Due to growth, they are now seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their multidisciplinary team in Leicester. This is a varied role with exposure to estates strategy, condition surveys, project management, and funding-related advisory work across education estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities – Building Surveyor

  • Deliver building surveying services for education estate projects, including feasibility studies, condition surveys, and asset planning.
  • Provide professional input into estates strategy, space utilisation assessments, and compliance services.
  • Support project management, technical reporting, and drafting of specifications for refurbishment and capital projects.
  • Liaise with clients, school leadership, and project teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered to high standard.
  • Contribute to condition improvement planning and investment justification work.

Requirements – Building Surveyor

  • Experience in building surveying, technical reporting, and feasibility studies.
