Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Support planning applications and building control submissions
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- 3-5 years’ experience within architectural practice
- Experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
