Junior Acoustic Consultant Location: London Salary: £28,000-£32,000 DOE Aztrum is currently working with one of the UK’s leading Acoustic Consultancies in their search for an exceptional Acoustician to join their London office. My client has experienced continual growth year on year and has a focal point to make a difference through sustainable building design. Requirements: Candidates should have demonstrable commercial experience in a similar role, candidates with industrial placements are also welcomed to apply. Membership of the Institute of Acoustics and a full UK driving licence are essential. Applicants should have a fantastic work ethic, excellent communication skills and a desire to assist in the technical development of my client’s acoustics team! Daily duties: Should you join my client, you will be working closely with clients, architects, and engineers throughout project timelines. You will be key in supporting the design process by attending design meetings and using various modelling software’s such as CadnaA and ODEON to create imitations. You will also assist in the management of projects and teams and undertake some fee proposal work. Undertaking site visits is a key part of the role & you will have the opportunity to complete both environmental noise surveys and architectural noise assessments.
