Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with a well-established and growing architectural practice based in Leicestershire. My client is looking to appoint a Job Running Architect to take ownership of projects through the technical and delivery stages, playing a key role in the successful execution of live schemes.
Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:
- Run projects from post-planning through to completion
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
- Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages in Revit
- Manage programme, budget, and quality throughout delivery
- Act as the primary client contact during delivery stages
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions and industry standards
- Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and handover
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members
Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:
- Proven experience running projects independently across RIBA Stages 3–6
- Revit experience
- Retail project experience is desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
