We are working with an industry-leading engineering consultancy to recruit a Structural Engineer for their expanding Ipswich office. This consultancy is widely recognised for delivering innovative, high-quality structural solutions on major projects across the UK and Scotland. As a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a broad range of projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and mixed-use sectors. You will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, contributing to technically challenging and high-profile schemes.
Key Responsibilities:- Structural design using steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry
- Preparation of structural calculations, reports, and specifications
- Working closely with senior engineers and technicians
- Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors
- Supporting projects from concept design through to construction
- Ensuring compliance with UK standards and Scottish regulations
- Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
