We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is seeking to appoint an Architect to strengthen its delivery team across a diverse range of projects. This role offers the opportunity to take a more hands-on position within project teams, contributing to both design development and technical delivery across all RIBA stages within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

  • Lead and support the design and delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Prepare and develop planning and building regulation submissions
  • Coordinate with consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities
  • Produce high-quality design, technical drawings, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant planning policy

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a UK architectural practice
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit highly desirable
  • Strong design and technical understanding across all RIBA stages
