My client, a market leading Consultancy who specialise in building services, electrical engineering and sustainability, is searching for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their MEP Design team. This is a fully remote opportunity with projects based across the South of England. You will be required to visit sites and liaise with Clients across the region.

Candidates are required to have a BSc and/or MSc in Electrical Engineering and a keen interest in electrical and building services designs for residential, commercial and industrial developments. It is beneficial for applicants to have experience using Dialux and AutoCAD for detailed electrical designs. A driving license will be required to attend site visits.

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will join a supportive team based across the South East. You will join an experienced MEP design team who specialise in mechanical, electrical and public health design for residential, commercial and mixed use development projects. Although you will work remotely, you will be trained by the team to specialise in electrical, lighting and cabling designs for residential, commercial and leisure developments using Amtech, Dialux and AutoCAD.

  • Design calculations for major building projects.
  • Assist with site investigations reporting back to design team.
  • Frequently attend meetings with internal and external design teams, clients, architects and contractors to discuss design concepts.
  • Deliver projects to time and budget.
