The Role
As a Sales Support Executive, you'll provide vital administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth processing of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and projects. You'll collaborate with Account Managers, technical specialists, and external partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day sales administration
- Produce accurate quotations, proposals, and customer documentation
- Process customer orders and liaise with suppliers and internal departments
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information
- Coordinate project administration and assist with delivery timelines
- Prepare reports, sales documentation, and meeting materials
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
About You
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding support.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Sales Operations role
- Experience within IT, Telecommunications, Managed Services, or Unified Communications would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confident communication skills with a professional and positive approach
- Strong IT skills, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
