Key Responsibilities for this Part II Architectural Assistant role:- Support the design and delivery of residential projects across a range of RIBA stages
- Produce design proposals, planning drawings, presentation material, and technical drawings
- Assist with the preparation of planning and building warrant applications
- Work closely with architects and consultants to develop coordinated design solutions
- Attend project, client, and site meetings as required
- Assist with the production of project documentation and technical information
- Support the resolution of design and technical queries throughout project delivery
- RIBA Part II qualified
