The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solutions Architect / Solutions Engineer to join a high-performing pre-sales and solutions engineering team. Reporting to the Head of Solutions Engineering, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting customers and the sales organisation by designing, validating, and presenting end-to-end technical solutions. This is a customer-facing position, working closely with the sales team to engage with clients, understand their business and technical challenges, and translate requirements into clear, value-led solutions. You will provide technical pre-sales support throughout the full sales lifecycle, including solution design, proposal development, and technical assurance. The role also includes delivering product demonstrations, technical workshops, and webinars to showcase capability and differentiate services in a competitive market. Strong collaboration is essential, working alongside internal technical specialists, project teams, and account managers to ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with best practice.
