Environmental Monitoring Technician Location: London Salary: £24,500 - £30,000 Aztrum is pleased to be representing a highly regarded engineering consultancy in London & we are delighted to share an opportunity for an Environmental Monitoring Technician – specialising within Noise, Acoustics & Vibration. The Role You will: Conduct remote health checks on monitoring equipment via web platforms. Perform bench testing and preparation of attended and unattended noise, vibration and air-quality monitoring systems. Lead the installation, calibration, maintenance and decommissioning of external monitoring units. Undertake ad-hoc site investigations to diagnose and resolve equipment faults. Maintain accurate site records and databases and liaise with equipment suppliers. Download, process and analyse environmental monitoring data and produce weekly and monthly reports. Provide general support to the in-house consultancy / technical team. Ideal Candidate You have experience (or strong interest) in a role such as Monitoring Technician, Environmental Monitoring Technician/Engineer, or a similar discipline within noise, vibration or air quality monitoring. Educated to degree level in an Environmental field. You hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK without restriction.Package & Environment Salary: £24,500-£30,000 pa, commensurate with experience. The role is permanent, full-time, and based onsite in London.
