As Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of the company’s expansion. You will lead new business efforts, strengthen strategic client relationships, and inspire your team to surpass ambitious sales objectives.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ sales experience within IT Services or an MSP
- A proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex, high-value opportunities
- Drive new business acquisition while nurturing and expanding existing client accounts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and key industry stakeholders
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the Account Management team to deliver outstanding performance
