Our client, a respected and long-established engineering consultancy, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that prides itself on quality, innovation, and the development of its people.
The Role
As a Civil Engineer, you will take responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of effective drainage and civil engineering solutions. You’ll ensure all work meets current industry regulations and environmental standards while contributing to successful project outcomes from planning through to execution.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant engineering position
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s advantageous)
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A full UK driving licence
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D and Autodesk InfoDrainage (MicroDrainage); experience with Site3D is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider team priorities
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and engaged approach to work
