Aztrum are proud to announce that will be partnering with a developing architectural practice located in Bristol. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the design and technical progression of their upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

  • Assist in the design and execution of Heritage focussed projects.
  • Assist in assembling detailed and well-structured planning application submissions.
  • Create innovative, context-sensitive design proposals that align with client goals.
  • Prepare high-quality drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design concepts.
  • Collaborate with architects and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent degree in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ UK-based architectural experience.
  • Residential sector experience with Education welcomed.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning frameworks and building regulations.
  • Excellent visual presentation, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative designer with a passion for placemaking and a strong, design-led portfolio.
