The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality energy models, EPCs, and building performance assessments while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
The Energy Modeller will be responsible for delivering energy modelling and building performance assessments across a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations and helping clients achieve their sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce energy models using IES-VE software.
- Deliver EPCs and building performance assessments.
- Support clients with compliance and energy efficiency strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard and within agreed timescales.
- Keep up to date with changes to building regulations and energy performance standards.
About the Candidate
- Experience using IES-VE for building energy modelling.
- Ideally qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) or have demonstrable experience producing EPCs.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and energy performance requirements.
