An established consultancy and building services firm is seeking to hire a skilled BREEAM Assessor/ BREEAM AP to join their Milton Keynes office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting the delivery of BREEAM assessments across a variety of projects, helping clients achieve their sustainability goals with ease.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake and manage BREEAM assessments
- Liaise with clients, architects and design teams to advise on sustainability best practices
- Support internal initiatives to improve sustainable outcomes in projects
- Produce technical reports and evidence to meet certification requirements
- Provide sustainability advice and guidance to project teams
- Keep up to date with BREEAM and wider sustainability regulations and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Certified BREEAM assessor / BREEAM AP
- 2+ years’ experience in delivering BREEAM assessments – experience with other sustainability assessment tools beneficial
- Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and industry regulations
- A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability or related field
- CIBSE/IEMA or other professional memberships desirable
