Our client delivers innovative, Microsoft Teams–integrated solutions that enhance collaboration, improve productivity, and seamlessly connect hybrid workforces across the globe. Their portfolio includes UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions, enabling organisations to modernise and future-proof their digital workplace strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Account Manager to take ownership of both new business development and the growth of existing accounts across the UK market. You will play a key role in expanding the organisation’s presence within mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business while managing and developing existing client relationships
- Sell UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and channel partners across the UK
- Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within established accounts
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar)
- A strong track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
- A self-motivated, consultative sales approach with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- Ideally based in or around London, with flexibility to attend meetings when required
- Hybrid working model (predominantly remote with regular London meetings)
