Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional design and technical excellence that enhances the quality of modern living.\\n\\nWith a strong pipeline of exciting new developments, our client’s portfolio continues to grow across the Residential sector — including large-scale Housing, Student Living, Care Homes, and Commercial schemes.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role:\\n\\nLead the production of detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.\\n\\nOversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of technical accuracy and project delivery.\\n\\nCollaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop robust and efficient technical solutions across multiple project types.\\n\\nConduct and manage site visits, surveys, and inspections to gather critical information, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with design intent and building regulations.\\n\\nLiaise directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, providing expert technical advice and resolving complex design or construction challenges throughout the project lifecycle.\\n\\nQualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technician role:\\n\\nAdvanced proficiency in Revit and a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.\\n\\nIn-depth understanding of UK building regulations, codes, and construction standards.\\n\\nProven experience in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects from concept through to completion.\\n\\nExcellent technical drawing and design coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and quality.\\n\\nStrong communication and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to project management and team collaboration.\\n\\nTo apply, please send your CV through to or alternatively, call (phone number removed) for further information
